We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your flower pot product, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are used, broken due to mishandling, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

When requesting support, please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your order details.
  2. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, the return will be approved if it meets the eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or altered
  • Damage caused by improper handling or installation
  • Return request made after the allowed return period

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered.
  • For other approved returns, return shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
